Jeroen Klomp of Mini Parts Holland, has, for approximately for the last 22months claimed to be the official Zeemax dealer when is most definitely was not. Klomp has used our pictures, without our consent, which amounts to theft, to make his fraudulent claims.

We do not supply Klomp with any of our parts. We undertand that Klomp has been, and perhaps still is, selling very bad copies of our conversions, and may be still using our name to do so.

We can send parts to anywhere in the world. If there is any doubt as to the authenticity of the kits customers intend to buy, customers can contact us direct for clarification.

Selling and buying bad copies brings the whole genuine industry into disrepute, and results in unhappy, ripped off customers.

Therefore customers are urged to help themselves.
Buy the Real Thing! Do not support the copy industry!

With regards to Klomp`s claims on his website. We reply to all paragraphs in order, as we understand the translation. We wonder why he did not also do an English version. We note that Klomp has changed his website several times in the last week. Klomp has changed his website after 22 months of masquerading as the official Zeemax dealer, in a desperate futile effort to cover his rectum, cannot instantly undo his past deeds.

1. Klomp claims to have received several emails from people about the story on the Zeemax website. Well, that's hardly surprising, considering his dubious conduct as regards the Zeemax products.

2. As regards his comments he has made in order to deflect any bad ideas his customers have formed about him, merely substantiates what we say on our website. His efforts to cover his spurious activities and his past dubious deeds, after the event, are in vain, as he has been found out and exposed.

3. On 27 May 1999 Klomp came to us and purchased 5 (five only) genuine Zeemax CS conversions. This was the only time we ever supplied him. On 8 June 1999 he made another order to the value of £2470.00., which, when ready for collection, we phoned him several times and we were told that he was not at work because of a headache on each and every occasion. We terminated all dealings with this man who acts like an idiot.

4. As regards the complaints that Klomp claims he has received regarding the fitting and quality of the Zeemax products. This is the first we have heard about any such complaints. Klomp lies? Surely these so called complaints must be about the copy kits and not the genuine Zeemax kits. Also, we would of thought that we would of heard direct from the customers if Klomp`s allegations were true. Theft of intellectual property is big business these days, the main looser being the customer who has paid over the odds only to receive fake goods.

5. Klomp goes on to say that he tried to contact us on many occasions, we would like to see proof of this. We have never received any complaints from Klomp. Klomp lies!

6. Klomp claims no reply, no delivery, no guarantee. Klomp did not break the contact with Zeemax. Zeemax broke all contact with Klomp after he did not stack up with his second order and the non-communication senario that followed. That`s the Zeemax Truth!

7. Klomp admits that he is selling copies of the Zeemax Cs, and goes onto to say that he has never told his customers that they were buying Zeemax genuine kits. This cannot be true, as where on his website does he state that he is selling copies? Up to to-days date we have never seen any evidence of any copy kit advertising.

Until approximately 03.04.01 Klomp was still using, as he has used in the past, the Zeemax name and Zeemax pictures to sell these copy kits., and people would have been under the impression that they were/are buying genuine Zeemax when in fact, as Klomp admits, he is supplying copy kits.

So Klomp has proved that he deliberately used the Zeemax name and Zeemax pictures to sell the copy kits. By doing this fraud Klomp proves he needs/needed the Zeemax name to make his sales. From what we have seen and heard about copy kits, they are nowhere near as good a qualtiy as the genuine Zeemax.

ask anyone who has fitted one!

Klomp has shot himself in the foot, and proves us right in our claims.

8. Klomp goes onto to say that the body kits he is selling are the same quality as the Zeemax but half the price. Absolute Rubbish! Common sense will tell anyone that you only get what you pay for.

What does he sell the copy kits for, Zeemax price?

No, Klomp is not happy with the words on our website,
Nor are we!
Klomp`s parasitic behaviour has been exposed!

Klomp has telephoned us here are Zeemax and our Webmaster making all sorts of psychotic threats, which explains a lot about this man. Contradictions are abound with Klomp, and customers should be advised that when dealing with this unpredictable man to expect the unexpected.

We note that Klomp does not refer to his bad behaviour on his website, perhaps yet another oversight, such as the non-referral to his selling copy kits we wonder?, but when when you think about it, he wouldn`t would he?

If you want a quality product for your car buy Zeemax, and if you have any problem you know that you can always go back to the official dealer, or, indeed, ourselves.

Important Note:
We would like to hear from everybody who has purchased a so-called Zeemax kit from Klomp, and perhaps we can clarify its authenticity. Also, we would very much like to see any Zeemax advertising literature that Klomp has given out, or hear from Klomp`s customers who are dissatisfied with the kits they have purchased from him.

We regret that this situation has developed, however all blame must lay with Klomp for creating these circumstance through his very own dishonest, cunning, parasitic actions.
