Without Prejudice IMPORTANT NOTICE Re: Fahlqvist Styling & Design Sweden We have had reports from our agent Bildesimporten in Sweden that Fahlqvist was advertising copy Zeemax kits on his website. Fahlqvist used Zeemax pictures and the Zeemax name without our knowledge or consent. We have never supplied Fahlqvist with any of our parts. We emailed Fahlqvist and told him to remove the Zeemax name and Zeemax pictures from his website immediately. This he did, and we received the following email from Fahlqvist: it aint YOUR products we have on our site But we will remove the pics from your worthless bodykit anyway.That was a misstake to publish them (sorry but your kit dosent even have a perfect fit to bmw) And update with our own design as soon as possible. Its a free market so you will have more competition from us in the future. Sorry for the pictures and the name. Mikael Fahlqvist Stylig & design Sweden What sort of moron sends an email like this? Is this the kind of person any sane customer will want to give their money to? We think not! Yes, it was a mistake to steal our intellectual property to use for his gain. He got caught! As regards genuine Zeemax parts not fitting. Perhaps the parts Fahlqvist refers to are badly made copies of badly made copies? We are so sick of seeing genuine designs being stolen. You see something good advertised and then the theives market their badly made copies, which results in the customers being ripped off. Try getting your money back! What the public must ask themselves before parting with their money, is should there be a problem with the goods, will they get a full refund, and what sort of guarantee on the parts will they get? The customer also has to ask what kind of person steals another person`s intellectual property. An unscrupulous theif, that`s what. Invariably, these copy kits are made from bad copies in the first place, and have very little chance of ever fitting properly. Ask anyone who has tried to fit one. Whilst we at Zeemax know that imitation is the best form of flattery, customers please be assured, there is only one Zeemax The real one! All our designs are our own intellectual property and have not been purloined from any other designers, and are not copies of any other designs, unlike those who like to think that they are our competitors. Our products are of the finest quality and do not need relaminating before fitting to make them fit. The cheapest is always the dearest in the long run. We credit the intelligence of the public to know that. We are not out to defame anybody, but the truth must be pursued and upheld at all times. We owe it to our Customer`s to put the record straight, we are not interested in getting involved in a long-term legal or verbal match. But the facts have to be put before the customers. Zeemax is one the most exclusive European Car Conversion Designers and would want everyone who has a Zeemax conversion to be fully satisfied with the product.
